Thursday 7 June 7:00pm ROMANS, WOODS & FARM LANDSCAPE - An evening visit to Hill Farm, Gestingthorpe led by Ashley Cooper. Booking essential.
Meet at The Bell, 6:30pm or at the farm at 7:00pm.
Friday 29th June 8:00pm CREATURES OF THE NIGHT - Owls, bats. glow worms and Roman snails. A night visit to Lineage Wood, Long Melford led by Simon Leatherdale.
Meet at The Bell at 7:15pm or at the wood at 8:00pm.
Sunday 22nd July 1:00/2:00pm SUMMER LOCAL HISTORY WALK AND AFTERNOON TEA - Stalls and entertainment. Walk led by Charles Bird followed by strawberry tea and music at Fordside, Hulls Mill, where the walk ends. £4.50 per person for the afternoon's festivities.
Meet for the walk at 1:00pm at the Memorial Hall or 2:00pm at Fordside.

Thurdsay 2nd August 7:00pm CRESSING TEMPLE BARNS - An evening visit led by Alan Bayford. Visit the Tudor gardens and mediaeval cellars.
Meet at 6:15pm at The Bell, or 7:00pm at Cressing Temple Barns, Witham.
Thursday 6th September 7:45pm NATIVE BRITISH BIRDS OF PREY - Andy Hume from the British Birds of Prey Centre, Stonham Barns, will talk and bring live birds.
Meeting at the Memorial Hall.
Sunday 23rd September 10:30am AUTUMN WALK TO GESTINGTHORPE - Led by John Redgewell with food and drink at The Pheasant.

Thursday 1st November 7:45pm ISAAC NEWTON, LOCAL SCIENTIST - A talk by Tony Dagnall.

Saturday 22nd December 7:30pm A STORYTELLING CHRISTMAS SOCIAL - with Malcolm Green, professional storyteller.

Sunday, 30th December 10:30am WINTER FESTIVE WALK - following some of the Hedingham Mills Walk.

Thursday 10th January 7:45pm ANTIQUES ROADSHOW - with Bleu Fowler, antique dealer with a particular interest in the 1930s. Bring items to be valued and discussed.

Thursday 3rd February BEES - An illustrated talk by local bee expert Derek Webber.

Thursday 6th March 7:45pm SIMON OF SUDBURY - An illustrated talk by author and historian Barry Wall on this mediaeval figure who became Archbishop of Canterbury and Lord Chancellor of England.

Thursday 3rd April 7:45pm THE WILDLIFE OF SUFFOLK - An illustrated talk by naturalist Jim Foster.
Meeting at the Memorial Hall.
Sunday 20th April 10:30am SPRING WILD FLOWER WALK - around the Hedinghams with naturalist and plant recorder Sheila Bareham.
Meet 10:30amd at the Memorial Hall.
Thursday 1st May 7:45pm AGM followed by the HISTORY OF THE MUSIC CHARTS - a talk with Roy Spiller.
Meeting at the Memorial Hall.
Saturday 24th May 10:00am BEAUTIFUL CHURCHES - a guided tour around some of our most beautiful and interesting churches with Roy Tricker.
Coach booking essential. Costs to be arranged.

Projects / working mornings - dates to be arranged. Tasks to include verge/pond maintenance, tree/hedge planting, etc.
